Mariner One is a maritime learning and reference application designed for nautical officers and maritime students.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Mariner One may collect, how that information is used, and the choices available to users.

Mariner One may store study progress associated with your account so that your progress can be synchronized and restored when you use the application on supported devices.
Users can reset their study progress from within the application without necessarily deleting their entire Mariner One account.

Mariner One may offer premium features through monthly and yearly subscriptions purchased through Google Play.
Payments are processed by Google Play. Mariner One does not directly process or store users' payment card numbers.
Mariner One may process subscription-related information necessary to determine whether premium features should be available to a user.
Information transmitted between Mariner One and its cloud services is protected using encrypted connections.
We take reasonable measures to protect information processed by the application. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users can delete their Mariner One account from within the application using the account deletion option available in the Profile section.
Users who cannot access the application can request account deletion through our Account Deletion page.
When an account is deleted, Mariner One will delete account and associated user data that is subject to deletion.
Certain information may be retained where necessary or permitted for purposes such as security, fraud prevention, legal or regulatory requirements, or financial record-keeping.
Mariner One is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed toward children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
